Summary
The MSc Innovation in Sustainable Built Environments explores how organisations can drive their sustainability agenda by understanding the current discourse and developing the skills needed to bring about change through challenge, knowledge and leadership.
Its multi-disciplined approach will demonstrate how businesses can stay at the forefront of innovation in the built environment and develop their expertise and credentials in this evolving, fast-changing field.
Exploring the challenges, perceptions and practicalities of sustainability, this professional master’s degree will develop the critical skills and language to influence others. It will conceptualise sustainability as a process and provide valuable insight into where to put effort, money and resources.
Throughout the programme, students will be encouraged to embrace innovative and alternative thinking. The concept of innovation will be considered in all aspects of sustainability, from management, leadership and organisational approaches to the materials, processes and technologies adopted.
